Modern Mother Membership agreement & terms of service

1. Membership Term & Cycle

This membership is a fixed-term agreement beginning on January 1 and automatically terminating on December 31 of the upcoming calendar year. Enrollment is strictly limited to the promotional launch week and cannot be paused or transferred.

2. Included Services & Perks

Members in good standing are entitled exclusively to the following photography services within the active calendar year:

Two (2) Full Photography Sessions, including delivery of the full digital gallery.

One (1) Free Mini Session, including delivery of the full digital gallery.

3. Scheduling & Expiration (Use-It-or-Lose-It)

All sessions must be booked and executed between January 1 and December 31. Unused sessions do not roll over to the following year, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are entirely forfeited if not scheduled by the member before December 31. Booking is subject to photographer availability; advanced scheduling is highly recommended.

4. Financial Commitment & Early Cancellation Ban

By purchasing this membership, you are committing to a full 12-month financial obligation.

Paid-in-Full Option: A one-time payment of $600.00, non-refundable.

Monthly Option: Twelve (12) consecutive monthly payments of $60.00.
Early cancellation of the monthly plan is strictly prohibited. If a monthly payment fails or is canceled before the end of the December 31 cycle, the member remains legally liable for the immediate payment of the remaining annual balance, and all future photography services will be suspended until the balance is cleared.

5. Consent by Purchase

By checking the "I agree to the Terms of Service" box and completing checkout via Stripe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and legally bound yourself to these terms.
